About the Role

As a Sales and Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the success of Mundial Media by analyzing sales data, campaign performance, and market trends. You’ll provide actionable insights to optimize both sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Working closely with Sales, Account Management, and Creative teams, you’ll support data-driven decision-making that enhances client success and drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Insights & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards, providing regular updates and insights to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize pipeline management and forecasting.

Marketing Campaign Analysis

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of multicultural marketing campaign measurement projects.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify actionable insights and optimize performance.
  • Develop and execute innovative research designs to measure campaign effectiveness.

Storytelling & Reporting

  • Translate data into compelling narratives, integrating cultural insights to influence client strategies.
  • Deliver impactful performance reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Collaboration & Strategic Support

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to align research insights with campaign and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with external research vendors to enhance campaign measurement and analysis.

Market Trends & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, research methodologies, and audience behavior.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership for refining sales strategies and marketing campaigns based on market insights.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales analytics, marketing research, digital advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising measurement and market research methods.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and research dashboards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
