Job Description

This role will be focused on supporting our sales team, establishing relationships with clients and agency trading desks, and securing programmatic spend. The Programmatic Manager has a deep understanding of programmatic advertising as well as the organizational structure of agency trading desks. In addition, the programmatic manager will be responsible for the setup, QA,, and monitoring of programmatic campaigns


  • Establish the processes and technical setup that allows clients to launch and execute campaigns 
  • Responsible for reviewing programmatic campaigns performance and optimization 
  • Subject matter expert focused on promoting Mundial’s programmatic offerings
  • Work closely with our sales team  to secure programmatic buys 
  • Proactively reaches out to agency trading desks to grow Mundial’s programmatic presence 
  • Own programmatic reporting (Pacing, performance updates, other)
  • Serve as the liaison between Mundial and DSP to measure campaigns’ success rate, and provide feedback on campaign performance
  • Work closely with our AdOps team to create and develop tagging processes to improve inventory management
  • Maintains current and relevant knowledge of DSP Platforms that Mundial could partner with

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field 
  • 4+ years experience working for an agency trading desk in programmatic
  • Experience setting up media campaigns within DSPs
  • Willingness to network and build relationships within the programmatic ecosystem 
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Slack 
  • Comfortable speaking in front of both internal and external teams
