Role Overview

As an Account Manager at Mundial Media, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns. You will manage end-to-end client relationships, oversee media planning, and deliver impactful results powered by our Cadmus AI technology. This role is central to our mission of fostering authentic connections between brands and multicultural audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media Planning & Campaign Management:

    • Build compelling, data-driven media proposals using Cadmus AI solutions that meet client briefs and objectives.
    • Oversee campaign execution, including kick-offs, asset gathering, inventory management, and timeline coordination.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize and drive renewals.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering excellent service and building strong relationships.
    • Provide regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:

    • Partner with Sales to respond to RFPs and create innovative proposal responses.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of multicultural digital programs.
    • Conduct inventory and pricing analysis to support product and service development.
  • Reporting & Insights:

    • Develop in-depth performance reports using Cadmus AI, showcasing audience insights and campaign effectiveness.
  • Process & Tools:

    • Maintain organizational standards within Salesforce and other project management tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in media planning, digital advertising, or account management at an ad network, agency, or publisher.
  • Experience working with viewability and verification tools (e.g., IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT).
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
